Noblemen Wines, founded in 2019 by husband and wife duo Austin and Katie Pitzer, is a quality-focused Texas wine brand. In 2025, Victor and Elizabeth Eichhorn took the reigns and continue Noblemen’s commitment to quality wines from Texas-grown grapes. We source old school, heritage varietals that thrive in the Texas climate.
The name, Noblemen, pays tribute to the ‘Noblemen of Texas,’ a group of German nobility that led an emigration effort to the state in the 1840’s. These ‘Noblemen’ eventually founded the town of Fredericksburg, which is now the center of wine tourism in Texas. Included in this group were some of Austin’s family members, making it that much more significant to recognize their contributions to this region.
Together with winemaker John Rivenbergh, we carry on the pioneering spirit of the ‘Noblemen of Texas’ by consistently searching historically old world varietals, bridging the gap between past and present. Based in San Antonio, Texas, the portfolio celebrates the character of each vintage and the terroir from where they originate, creating wines tailored to Texas tastes. Piezo Winery is a boutique winery that makes all of our wines in California using grapes sourced from small growers located primarily in Sonoma County. We specialize in limited-production, single-vineyard wines. Our annual production is approximately 400 cases and we currently only sell directly to wine lovers. Every year, I personally select grapes from small, unique Northern California vineyards to produce wines with the best expression of each varietal. I then handcraft our wines in small batches with minimal intervention to preserve the distinct characters of the grapes and vineyards.
Crazy Winery
Crazy Wines is a small, local winery in Mineral Wells, TX, specializing in Texas wines and meads. We source 100% Texas grapes from the High Plains region of Texas—featuring varietals such as Mourvèdre, Tempranillo, Roussanne, Cinsault, Muscat Blanc, and Black Spanish—along with Texas honey. Using wild fermentations and minimal additives, we focus on letting the ingredients speak for themselves, bringing each wine and mead thoughtfully from grape to bottle.

We are the Maxwell family and my name is Kevin Maxwell. Alongside my wife Stephanie and our three children, Cole, Kendall, and Hayden, we own and operate Stone Trough Mercantile, Cleburne's first ever Wine Bistro and Farmer's Market. I bet you're wondering how this interesting combination of businesses came to be, and it all started with the purchase of our farm in 2016.
As bonafide city folk, let me tell you, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. In 2019 we started a regenerative grazing program for the 30+ head of red angus cattle that came with the purchase of the land and thus Fingerprint Farms was born...

Don & Michele Andrews opened Sugar Ridge Winery April 1, 2011. They started producing in small amounts and supplied friends and family. They soon realized more people enjoyed their wines, so they expanded and over the years Sugar Ridge Winery has grown into what it is now. In 2021, their daughter, Christal, came into the family business' full-time. Then in 2022, Don & Michele's granddaughter, Lexye joined the business full time. The rest of the family will be seen at anytime helping keep the family business going.

We have partnered with 3B Beers, Brats & Burgers you will be able to order from them in our taproom. We will also be sharing the outdoor area so bring you kids and pets for a great time.
